Kaleb Stevenson will graduate from Kennewick High School where he competed all four years in football and baseball, earning 8 varsity letters. As a junior, Kaleb was selected as a football team captain, and as a senior, he held that honor for both the football and baseball teams. He received all league honors in both sports multiple years. Beyond high school, Kaleb has also played multiple years in American Legion Baseball program.
The work ethic and dedication Kaleb has demonstrated in sports, is also evident in the classroom. He has taken many honors and International Baccalaurete classes, and is on track to graduate with a 3.9 GPA.
Kaleb is an active volunteer at his church and in the National Honor Society. His classmates look to him as a role model in attitude and action; honoring him as Student of the Month for the IB Learner Profile trait of balanced. They noted that even with all his sports, he still takes IB classes, puts in his full effort in all he does, manages his time well while still having time to be there for his friends. His coaches also praised Kaleb’s ability to balance his time and energy in all aspects of his life, with one stating; “He could be the most respectful and mature young man that I’ve ever been around. His work ethic and extremely selfless personality is what sets Kaleb apart from everyone else around him.”
